Membership fees have increased for the 2026 season for the first time since before 2020!
Below you can find all of the information you need about Poynings Cricket Club fees as a member of the club.

- All fees are collected digitally through Spond, our club management app. If you are not already a member of Spond, please contact us to be added to the club group. Cash is no longer accepted.
- Flexible payment options are available through Spond. Please contact the management committee if you wish to arrange.
- Those out of employment, junior members, or those still in full-time education are eligible for 50% discounted fees. This excludes individuals who are in employment alongside their studies, such as university students.
- Those out of employment must notify the management committee if their circumstances change.
- Up-to-date payments of fees and memberships are used in the selection criteria/decisions for players for upcoming matches. This means that if you have not paid your fees or membership, you may not be selected for matches, above those that are up-to-date with their payments.

Membership Fees Notes
- First rise in Membership fees for 2026 since before 2020!
- Membership fees are used to cover the cost of running the club, including ground maintenance, equipment, insurances, utilities (e.g. water, electricity), and other club running expenses.
- Membership fees are sent out, via Spond, in April each year, and are due by the beginning of May.
- Membership fees can be paid in full or in installments (monthly etc.) via Spond.
FAQ
I need to arrange to pay in installments OR I am out of employment/in full time education and not working - how do I get my membership payment requests adjusted appropriately?
This is super easy for us to set up and arrange, and we had a number of you do this last year with great ease and success. Just either WhatsApp Jack directly or email him on jack.tracey@poyningscc.co.uk.
What if I am already a 100 club member?
If you are already a 100 club member, you have two choices. You can either select the standard membership on its own and you will not receive an additional 100 club member number. Or you can choose to become a premium member and gain an additional number from the months of May to September to increase your chances of winning in the 100 club for those months and also for the September bonus draw. There is no cost difference between being a 100 club member inside or outside of the club playing membership. We have introduced this premium membership as a way of increasing 100 club participants in hope that you will upgrade to a full 100 club members post the season, finishing.
If I become a premium member, how do I chose my new/additional 100 club number?
Upon completing and paying for your premium membership, Jack will be in touch to arrange this and select your number from what is available.
Can I become a full 100 club member (all year round) if I chose to to first try it with the premium membership for a season?
Yes, of course you can. To do this, you can just speak to Jack, Tracy, or contact him via jack.tracey@poyningscc.co.uk and this can easily be converted to a full, all year round, 100 club membership.
Can I just become a full 100 club member (all year round) anyway, outside of the premium membership?
100% yes. All you need to do is head to bit.ly/pcc100club and complete the signup process and chose your number. And don’t forget anyone can be a 100 club member, so share with your friends, family, and anyone you know!

Match Fees Notes
- Match fees are used to cover the cost of playing matches, including teas, match balls, insurances, and other match-related expenses.
- Match fees are sent out, via Spond, within 48 hours of the match, and are due within 30 days of the match.
- If you have any questions or concerns about match fees, please contact the management committee. We are always happy to help if you have any questions or concerns about fees or payments.
- Match fees are payable for all matches, including friendlies, league matches, and T20 matches.
- Match fees can be paid in full or in installments via Spond.
